Every season we get hundreds of wholesale orders from finer stores around the world. Unfortunately, a small percentage of these orders are sometimes cancelled at the last minute, after we've already produced the goods. This usually happens when a store goes out of business or falls on hard times and is an unfortunate fact of doing business in the fashion industry.
Rather than let these last minute cancellations get us down we decided to turn our loss into your gain by putting all our overstock online at special prices. All the merchandise for sale on this page is brand new and in perfect condition, backed by our 30-Day Return Policy.

RADENRORO offers a 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy on all items (unless otherwise noted), provided that the item has not been worn more than once or damaged in any way. IIMPORTANT: The RADENRORO Hang Tag must remain intact and attached to the dress in its original position (we do this to prevent people from ordering a style to wear it for a single event, then returning it).
If you wish to return a purchase, simply email shop@radenroro.com with the full name, email address, and mailing address of the person who placed the order. Please also include the size(s) that you ordered and if you'd like to exchange them for another size or style, or if you just want a full refund.
We will respond to issue you a return authorization so that you may ship the goods back to us. Upon receiving the goods, they will be inspected for damage or signs of wear and, provided they are in good condition, you will be promptly refunded the full amount of your purchase or, if you prefer, sent a different size or style as an exchange.
All shipping estimates provided on this site and during checkout are "best guess" only. We are not responsible for delays by 3rd-party shipping services. Generally, orders of goods which are in stock will ship within 24 hours of their receipt (on business days). Orders of goods which are not in stock or which need to be custom made, will generally take longer to ship (estimate time frames are provided on a case-by-case basis). In such cases, we always do our best to keep customers up to date throughout the production process so you have a good sense of when your goods will arrive.
When orders are shipped, we generally email you tracking information immediately except in rare cases where tracking information is not made available to us (this happens occasionally with international shipments). If you need an item that's in stock delivered to you faster than the timeframe estimated with our default shipping method, please email shop@radenroro.com with the details. In most cases we will be able to ship your goods overnight, provided they are in stock and you are willing to pay additional shipping costs. Any other questions regarding shipping/delivery issues that are not addresses here should be emailed to shop@radenroro.com.
